George Orwell Collage

A collection of A2 posters that creatively bring to life my three favourite Orwell novels, using collage style. The posters were designed to act as limited edition book covers for the 3 novels.

The books and my subjective interpretation of the stories provided my main inspiration. Stylistically I was heavily influenced by Dadaism, specifically the humorous political and social photomontages that came out of the movement. Beyond this however, I wanted to employ their style of execution (to some extent) so I used only objects readily available to me in my house and did them all by hand.
